How long will my order take to arrive?

In order to get the best pricing we can for our customers, we use multiple suppliers (domestic and international). Therefore please allow 4-30 business days for most item(s) to arrive, except for boats and motors in which case please allow up to 90 days. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Some of our international suppliers do not offer a tracking option. All of our distributers that do offer a tracking option,  a tracking number will be provided for you once the item has been shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number you can simply send us a message and we will send you that tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?

If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 14 business days from the day the item was received by you.

How can I get in touch if I have a problem with my order?

Please visit our Get Help page and follow the instructions, and someone from our support team will get back to you. You can also email us at support@shopzall.com. If you email us, regarding a problem with your order, please put URGENT in the subject line and we will address your problem as quickly as we can.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept most credit cards, debit cards, pay pal, etc. 

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

When ordering multiple items (to get you the best price possible) there is a chance that your items may come from more than one of our distributers. If this is the case, then your items will be shipped in separate parcels.
