Return Policy

You have a window of 14 days from the day you receive your item to make a return. To be eligible for the return, the item should be in its original condition, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@Shopzall.com within the time specified above. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at Support@Shopzall.com. 

Returning Cost

Regarding the return cost, it's essential to be aware that you, as the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

 

Damages and Issues 

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to thoroughly inspect the items for any damages or defects. In the unfortunate event that you come across any issues, such as receiving a defective or damaged item, or if you happen to receive the wrong item altogether, we urge you to get in touch with us within 3 business days. By contacting us in the given time period, we can promptly evaluate the situation and take appropriate steps to rectify the problem.

Exchanges 

The quickest method to get what you desire is by returning the current item. Once your return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item within 14 days of your return being accepted. This way, you'll swiftly get your hands on the desired product. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds 

Once we receive and examine your returned item, we will promptly inform you about the approval status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the original amount you paid at the time of purchase will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

However, it is important to bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may also require some additional time. In the event that more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return and you still haven't received the refund, kindly get in touch with us at Support@Shopzall.com for further assistance.

 

Out-of-Stock Items

In the case of out-of-stock items, if you make a purchase, we'll promptly issue a refund for the full original amount.

 

Our returns policy is in accordance with The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (PLC, 1999, X(1), 58), & the European Directive on Distance Selling.
